Qualifications 2008.

Tournament was held in Greece from 14th till 20th july of 2008.
This was last qualification chance for Olympic Games in Beijing 2008.
Twelve countries which qualified for participation on this tournament
were chasing one of first three positions that lead to Beijing.

Place on olympics already secured these teams:

Angola, Argentina, Australia, China, Iran, Lithuania, Russia, Spain and USA.

For last three places that lead to Olympics competition was beetwen:

Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde, Croatia, Germany, Greece, South Korea, Lebanon, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, and Slovenia.

Teams were divided by draw into four groups, Croatia was in group D.
